It doesn't happen often but sometimes items get damaged during shipping! Broken or damaged products can be exchanged for an equal replacement product within 5 days of receiving your damaged order. To claim a replacement product: +Bring the damaged product into the store to pick up a new one OR + Email scarlethalotribe@gmail.com with customer name, damaged product, photo of damaged goods & shipping address. Replacement orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving information… but again, usually same day!
